Towels dirty, left after 2 hours couldn't stay here. Says, renovated rooms, thats is NOT true. Disgusting place"

"Room was clean, nice. We booked the hotel for the pool and continental breakfast. Hot tub was empty, that was unfortunate. We were down for breakfast at 6:59 the room was locked, all the lights off so we went out for breakfast. When we returned and I asked about it the clerk told me they were open at 7:00 and showed me the surveillance footage of us being there at 6:59, NOT 7:00 so he smugly had his “gotcha” moment. "

"Spectacular views from the kitchen and living rooms. Every room was designed with a modern feel while in the wilds of the country side. Very bright and comfortable living. It was a big place for just the three of us. Maybe next time we'll invite another family of three to join us. "
