Friendly staff; Balcony was unsecured and not private; Balcony door had a ripped screen with a large hole in it, perhaps from a break-in; the air conditioner was extremely noisy and I had to turn it off to sleep. The exterior of the building was lodge-style as advertised, and the suite interior was spacious and clean. The price was only marginally cheaper than the more well known hotels in the town, and given the security issue, the sub-standard air conditioner and the damage to the balcony door, I consider this hotel overpriced.

Staff communication was excellent! Beds were super comfortable. Room was big. Nothing fancy but great price! Only complaint was that the bathroom mat was dirty and one of the towels was stained. Other than that it was great!

Nysha was really great. He really made sure that we can check in after 10PM. He called us and sent us a text message on how to get access to keyboard to get in after hours. We really appreciate all his detail messages about check in. Rooms were clean, kitchen was spacious and bathroom were nice and clean. Definitely recommend

Low price, clean, but minimal amenities. No glasses, no plates or cutlery, no shampoo or conditioner. The receptionist was unwell and the replacement temp was very friendly and helpful but had never been to the motel before and gave us the wrong room, did not know where the room was, did not know we needed a passcode to open the door, etc.

Dirty outside. Cramped room. Almost like it was not intended to be an occupied room. No bedside lamp, zero plug-ins for chargers etc. Bathroom was filthy. Dirty floor, empty shampoo bottles and grunge by the toilet. ONE towel, no face cloths or hand towels. No plug for the tub so my kid couldn't have a bath. TV only worked if you logged into your own paid subscriptions like Netflix, etc. A big disappointment. We wanted somewhere nice to stay the night before arriving in Vancouver to visit family. Definitely not worth the price.

This place is disgusting. Immediately upon arrival I asked the woman why there were hardly any lights on as it was beyond dark. Basically got a smile and nod. I asked to view the room before committing and that was a hard no and with the lack of options due to evacuees I filled the parking pass and went up to the room. I then realized we were the only vehicle parked there. The hallway stunk and hadn't been cleaned in forever and looked like a logging road. Opened the room door and immediately noticed the floor was covered in some white gravel or maybe falling drywall. Bathroom was gross. Mold on the curtain and around the peeling out caulking, tub stained and covered in soap scum and the drain was full of I don't want to know. Asked the pigeon behind the counter for my money back within 5 minutes of being there with again a hard no. I had been driving for 9 hours already with my wife and daughter but chose to grab some dinner then continue on to the ferry in Tsawwassen and slept in our truck. Expedia has tried to get my money back with no success. Expedia really shouldn't have this listing on their site.
