"Our stay was unfortunately very disappointing due to several serious issues. When we arrived, we found what appeared to be feces in the shower, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. On top of that, the balcony door could not be locked, which raised significant safety concerns during our stay. We attempted to contact the host/property management using the email provided in our booking, but never received any response. The lack of communication only made the situation more frustrating. Overall, this experience did not meet basic cleanliness or safety standards, and the absence of any follow-up or support from the host was very disappointing. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are properly addressed."
