He said he was supervisor doing room check. I don’t care who you are you should be coming into someone’s room after they checked in to see if it’s clean. It freaked me out. Unacceptable! "

No one told me until the next morning but when it was brought up to management upon checkout when my kids finally showed me they just took the picture of it but did nothing further. Not worth staying in a $200++ per night hotel if you cant even say the bed was changed because the previous occupants sex toys are left under the pillows. Luckily my my children had no idea what it was."
