The service and cleanliness. The breakfast attendant was very friendly and quick to replenish breakfast goods on such a busy Sunday morning. Also, the front desk staff was very informative and friendly upon arrival. Comfort suites is our only go-to hotel in Minot!

Staff is nice. Room was good sized. Pool is ok even being packed. The chlorine is a little strong but that’s to be expected with a large crowd. Breakfast is solid. Nice hotel overall. I stay here quite a bit going to Minot with kids

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We could not get hot water the whole time we were staying there. Cold showers aren't fun. I thought it was just the first night but it wasn't and after talking to other people who were staying there, they had the same issue. Hotel was very loud - parties going on, on all floors, kids running around. The 10 o'clock quiet hour was definitely not enforced.
