"On a windy night, the entire third floor makes terrible squeaking noises. It was in the walls. They were able to move us to a first floor room, but it was a two queen room instead of the king bed we paid for. We heard other people complain at the front desk as well. The sad part was that the staff knew it was an issue."

The microwave was full of food, fridge had food smears through it, the bathroom had hair everywhere...not just one hair, but it was all over the floor, in the tub, in the drain, on the walls, on the faucet...the drain closure piece didn't fit and was just laying in there. Then the 2 rooms directly across were together and they were yelling, slamming doors, screwing off in the hallway, back and forth until after 2:30 am. I reached out to staff, begged and pleaded with the individuals while they were in the hall, and it never stopped. There was no breakfast offered.....all in all filthy without sleep and I'm not happy today."

"The room was clean was about the best of it. Reservation was made knowing that there were 3 people coming and there was no bedding provided for the other bed. When we checked in there was a sign on the front desk saying they were helping another person but after sitting in the lobby for 15 minutes I rang the bell on the desk and the front desk person came out from a door behind the desk that was an office. Every time we needed to get something from the front desk that sign was there and the person always walked out of the back office which always had the door closed. Poor customer service."
