"Pas convaincue par notre séjour. L'accueil a été effroyable, la personne à l'accueil voulait nous jeter dehors au prétexte qu'elle n'avait pas de chambre, alors que nous avions réservé via hotel.com. J'ai insisté malgré les cris de la personne et bien m'en a pris, elle a finalement trouvé la réservation et m'a dit qu'elle n'avait pas compris.
