"This property is dirty and dated. There was an old dirty q tip outside our room the whole time and the carpets and inside gave me the ick. Some updating and deep cleaning is needed. The coffee shop is great"

"Not often can you walk out of the back door of your house along HWY 1, saunder down to the beach and find maybe one other person there. The view and sound is great. While the house is simple, it is clean inside and has everything you might need, except maybe a dishwasher."
