room was not heated properly, literally cold... Mind you the proprietor was apologetic, but this did not change the condition of the cold night...

Hi Bob. Thanks for your detailed and considered assessment of 2/5. You stayed one night. You did not let me know your room was cold. I suppose I could have crept into your room with a thermometer in the middle of the night and stood over your head to assess the temperature. I have, however, found that most guests don't appreciate my climate checks during the witching hour. Some were quite spooked when then awoke to me hovering above them with a thermometer (you can't guess the best place to take the temperature..... let's just say that an internal reading is more accurate). Having said this the last guest in that same room had a lovely warm and cosy evening; they paid twice your rate and left a 9.3 rating on a different site. This may be due to them being highly telepathic and connecting with me prior to arrival letting me know that they had read into the future predicted a faulty radiator and gave me the opportunity to fix it.... Or they just didn't fancy the thermometer thing... I dunno....

Locatie is prima aan de rand van Radstadt. Ontbijt is ook prima, niet super uitgebreid maar voor ons was het prima. Engelse eigenaar vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Super leuke accommodatie! De kamer was niet al te groot maar prima om er te overnachten. De eigenaren zijn super vriendelijk en stellen alles in het werk om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Ontbijt is prima verzorgd met genoeg keuze. Gewoon een fijn en leuk adres om te verblijven! Skilift en centrum zijn wel iets verder weg dus eigen auto of skibus is wel aan te raden.

Eine sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Pension in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück lecker.

Gemütliche Pension, die gut liegt. Zum Skifahren ist es nicht weit, aber Auto ist sehr vorteilhaft. Die Hosts sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Es hat gut getan dort unterzukommen.

Lidt grænseoverskridende at bo i deres private hus
Haus Susanne er et rigtigt hyggeligt privat hus.... Ja, et privat hus. Husk på dette når du bestiller - at du træder ind i nogle andre personers private hjem. Når det så er sagt, så fik vi uovertruffen service af den mandelige vært. Han var hjælpsom med alt hvad vi forespurgte på. Dog virkede WIFI’en på værelserne ikke da vi var der, men jeg er slet ikke i tvivl om, at det kommer op at køre igen hurtigst muligt.

A tisztasággal és a reggelivel voltak problémák. a szobánkon a terasz ajtót nem lehetett teljesen becsukni, dölt a hideg az amúgy sem túlfűtött szobába, a házigazda nem oldotta meg.
