"Overall, the hotel is average. It is located near many of the sites to visit in Key West. The rooms are simply decorated and serve it's purpose. Morning breakfast was good."

"Floor was absolutely filthy, and even though my reservation was paid in full, the first night I was there at 2:00 am, the resort tried to charge my credit card again for the amount of the stay. Luckily, my card company declined it as fraudulent. Beds were not comfortable, and drinks are outrageously priced and small. "

"Room was unique with tile floors but necessary with the beach right out front! Everyone we met was amazing and so kind! Will be staying again! The tortoises were a nice bonus! "

"All pools and beaches should have same chair reservation rules. Seaside we could not get a seat due to people saving seats in the am not using them until after Lunchtime. Also, Sunset Bar by the pier wasn’t staffed or open. Beds were not comfortable for a premium resort. Replacement of the mattresses should be considered. Otherwise enjoyed our stay and may book again in mid November."

"The staff was great. We were early and they let us park at the hotel so we could venture into town while waiting for the room. The AC stopped working but maintenance was able to get it working quickly."

"The 4 pools were outstanding! Plan to spend some time there if you enjoy relaxing, swimming or sunbathing. "

"The room was very clean beautiful our only problem was someone upstairs moving furniture across the floor until midnight??? The front desk staff was wonderful. Norma and Z were the best!"
