"Never got housekeeping once while we were there. We were there on our honeymoon and we were told we would be getting champagne and they never brought that to us. We never got clean towels all week so had to use the pool towels each time we showered. We had the do not disturb on our room when we were in the room which was in the morning and at night but they still never came to the room. They knocked once while we were there and we were getting ready for dinner. We also got texts asking if it was ok to go to the room and I told them yes and they still never went. "

"Every room has balcony and view of the water. On site laundry with 2 washers and dryers. Very clean area. "

"We did not have a view and the elevator wasn't working. Front desk not as welcoming as he could be. Check out couldn't print a receipt, only email and because we booked thru Hotels. Com they could not even give us a total price for the stay."
