"Don’t read the bad reviews imo it’s just people who are not happy the property is exactly what it is. It could use a some touch ups but besides that it was excellent the shuttle drivers besides one guy were all very helpful the desk was helpful pool was beautiful room was huge with amazing view into the gulf I will be staying here again"

"We looked at a lot of the local hotels before choosing to go with one of the big chains. The things we saw in the reviews of the local places...street noise, no air conditioning or air that didn't work well, small rooms, places in need of renovation, etc, etc. So the chain was the "safe" choice and honestly it didn't disappoint. It was clean, the air worked, it was a good location, the beds were comfortable, they have a really neat sparkling water machine in the lobby, they have free pina coladas or margaritas, the staff was friendly. The room was quiet. I don't know what else we could have asked for."

"Older resort but still nice, clean. The sargassum was in full force and the smell was very unpleasant but not the resorts fault. Amenities provided were nice. Pool area bars close way to early, adult only pool doesn’t have drinks available without walking. To neighboring pool. Close to sightseeing areas, shopping and dining options."
