All the staff looked after us with extreme courtesy and were extremely welcoming. Everywhere was very clean and cared for and the food very variable and to a high standard. "Stunning hotel with great facilities. The water villa was immaculately cleaned daily with an extra turn down service at night which was nice. Mini bar stocked with wine, beer and soft drinks. Would have been nice to have a choice of red or white wine and have the option to change some of the soft drinks for extra beers. Seaplane transfer was great is though a little hot to start with. The only things that I would say that let it down was the mis communication regarding our pick up as no one was there to greet us and some of the pool staff where not always on the ball but this didn't help with the fact that they did seem short staffed. The person in charge of towels was hardly ever there and had to get our own. Had 3 speciality meals, one in The Village which was lovely, the third night in Mizu which was just ok as the meals were very salty. The last night was in Ampersand and this was amazing especiallywith food as well as service. I would definitely recommend the hotel "
