"Absolutely fantastic stay- we were met at Male airport and looked after to our flight to Ifuru Island which is outstanding. All the staff looked after us with extreme courtesy and were extremely welcoming. Everywhere was very clean and cared for and the food very variable and to a high standard. Snorkelling was amazing we saw fish/stingrays/reef sharks/turtles/ resident heron. On our return we were met again at Male airport and looked after and helped to check in for our flight home. "This was our second visit, and what struck us most was that the staff actually remembered us. Not in a scripted way, but genuinely: the restaurant team and the crew at the scuba shop both recognized us and picked up right where we left off. That says everything about the people who work here. From the moment we stepped off the seaplane we were greeted warmly, and the team was consistently on hand with information and support all week, never intrusive and always helpful. Our beach cabin was outstanding. The bed was genuinely comfortable, and the outdoor shower and tub were a real highlight after a day in the water. The food exceeded expectations, with real variety across the restaurants and every meal delicious rather than merely good. A delightful surprise was the Oktoberfest celebration, the last thing we expected in the Maldives and all the more fun for it. The team also made my birthday special with a custom cake, a thoughtful touch that meant a lot. The diving deserves its own mention. The scuba team was excellent: professional, well organized, and enthusiastic, taking us to a different dive site every single day for a full week, which kept the experience fresh from start to finish. Beautiful setting, excellent food, world class diving, and a team that clearly cares. We'll be back for a third time."

"Great views which was exceptional. The food was good but was not always hot. The toilets smelled in the room and there was building work taking place outside the hotel. That said, the people were lovely. Please also note there is no alcoholic drinks served on the atol and there is a separate beach for tourists and you must cover up as a female when going to the beach."

"Luxurious with great value , Private and Exclusive Our stay at Furaveri was an amazing experience from beginning to end. The island is beautiful, peaceful, and feels wonderfully private and exclusive, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. His friendly attitude and professionalism made us feel at home immediately and set the tone for a fantastic stay. The villas were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The island itself is stunning, with pristine beaches, crystal-clear water, and plenty of places to enjoy the natural beauty. There was also a great range of exciting and interesting activities to choose from, ranging from high octane watersports to kayaking and leisurely snorkeling tours with local marine life, ensuring there was always something enjoyable to do, whether you wanted adventure or simply to experience the incredible marine environment. Considering the exceptional quality of the accommodation, service, facilities, and experiences on offer, we felt Furaveri offered excellent value for money compared with many other Maldives resorts. "Just leaving after an amazing 7-day stay at Emerald Faaufushi. As a solo traveler here to celebrate my 50th birthday, the staff here made me feel so special, from my amazing villa host Tharif to the exceptional food and beverage team, receptionist, housekeeping, etc. This was truly a dream trip, and I cannot wait to come back. I stayed in a sunset overwater bungalow (327) which was exceptional. I could hear the ocean constantly, and having my own sun deck and pool was so worth the splurge. The food at all of the restaurants was incredible - my birthday dinner was at Carnivorous and the team there sang happy birthday and brought me a cake! The weather was much better than I expected - windy but I had 5 great days of sunshine. I used the gym four days of my trip and it was small but nicely appointed. I also enjoyed two spa days - again, exceptional staff and experiences. I can’t recommend this resort enough! Thank you all for making this a dream trip! Hope to see you again soon!"
