He seemed to anticipate our every need and ensured everything ran perfectly throughout our stay. Felix impressed us with his friendly professionalism and genuine care, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Anand and Francisco added to the magic with their wonderful hospitality — whether it was at meals or around the resort, they made us feel completely at home while still delivering five-star service. We were also deeply touched by Mai and Ita, who added so many thoughtful personal touches to help us celebrate our anniversary — from beautifully arranged surprises to heartfelt gestures that made us feel truly special. Their kindness and enthusiasm made our experience even more memorable. Every detail, from the stunning villa to the delicious food and the immaculate beach, was perfect. "High ceiling room with old world charm, waking up to the sound of wave, walk into ocean from the villa, attentive staffs, well maintained sites and the food was amazing across all restaurants, only if the weather could be a bit better, this wouldn’t been the trip of lifetime, will definitely come back in a non- raining season.
