Loud highway
This is a pretty nice hotel. However, it’s near major highway and it will be loud all night. They also don’t have heat so it will be cold at night. They do not have hot water in the shower. The breakfast is typical. The staff are nice. The rooms were clean.

It was very very cold in the hotel and the floors on second floor were freezing. What i mostly disliked was the the windows are so thin that we could here everyword people saod outside. It was like sleeping outside. On top of all that i got bed bites that bit me in several areas. The client service in all areas of hotel was fantastic. Too bad there was no bread to dump in our eggs for breakfast. We went to the concert at the stadium just in back of hotel. That was very practical.

The staff was super friendly, but the walls and windows are paper thin, and the bed was not comfortable in the least. I kept waking up because it's right on a very busy street, and as I said, the windows have no sound insulation at all. In addition to the busy road, there is a doggy day care right next door, so dogs were barking from about 5 am. Everyone at the hotel was so friendly, so I hate to say this, but you won't be getting any sleep here.

CARGO NO EXPLICADO
Fui cargado al registrame en el hotel por USD 35 por noche por mi acompanante, ( para un total de 125,24 adicionales) ya que la habitacion era para una sola persona ???? !!! Fui a pasar un fin de semana largo con mi esposa a Quito y el hotel dejo mucho que desear.
- Agua Caliente en la habitacion tenias fallas graves, varias veces tuvimos que llamar a servicio para que solucionaran.
- Toallas viejas, pequenos insectos en la habitacion.
- Agua Potable embotellada, NO habia en la habitacion. Debia ser comprada en la tienda del hotel.
- El desayuno, sin variedad, los 3 dias el mismo tipo de desayuno, servidos por el mesonero.
- NO tienen servicio wifi en los pisos superiores. Solo en Lobby y/o restaurant.
Por este medio hago formal solicitud de pedirles el reembolso por el consumo de 125 dolares adicionales que fui cargado, creo que injustamente, donde se ha visto que alguilo solo una habitacion de esta categoria, solo para una persona.
Les agradezco ula totalidad del reverso de este cargo extra.

Bastante bueno
Buena atención. Le vendría bien una actualización de los equipos (tv, microondas, frigo, baños).
En general el hotel es muy aceptable. Me gustó mucho la vista y la tranquilidad que permite descansar después de un día de labores.
