Nice facilities and friendly staff. Hotel is located in a busy area very close to nightclubs and restaurants. I can get noisy at night. The water heater was not working properly. The water would come out too cold and too hot intermittently while taking a shower. We notified the hotel staff but it was not fixed.

Great service, clean place, good breakfast, the only thing I didn’t like was that they promote the “soundproofing” of their rooms but mine was definitely not. The hotel is next to several clubs and you will hear music all night very loudly. I wouldn’t suggest booking this hotel in the weekend if you don’t want to go out and party because the music will get louder and louder until 2am/4am.

Everyone was very friendly but the location, which is great for a party, is extremely LOUD. The staff did find a less noisy room for us, but it was looking out on a dirty wall and a service area for the hotel. If you party late and don't mind the noise, this place is in a party central.

Very clean and well managed. Staff is extremely helpful. WiFi was fast, but went out for 12 hours… not sure if they could do anything about that. Also expect to hear loud music from Wed to Sat nights, but also not the hotel’s fault.

Great but there is a caveat!
This hotel is excelent, the staff were super friendly and very helpful, the breakfast was wonderful with all kinds of fruits and just about any thing you might one. But the one issue which is not the hotels fault is that it is located in the Mariscal area of Quito were much of the night life takes place, the noise level was nightmarish and the loud music and screaming djs performed till 3am, needless to say i was not able to sleep because of the unberable noise level. I wish they had double glass windows, otherwise the hotel is great but i wouldnt recomend it if your goal is to have a restfull sleep

Nice place and friendly staff, but the area, Plaza Foch, is full of sleazy bars blaring loud "music". It wasn't too bad when I had a room on the 7th floor, but when I extended my stay I was moved to the 4th floor and it was pretty bad. The area is crawling with drug dealers at night and feels very unsafe to walk around in. Many sleazy characters trying to lure you into bars. Creepy area. When I extended my stay for some additional days, I changed hotels.

Very noisy clubs surround the property and windows do not block noise, like trying to sleep in a dance club till 4 in the morning. We had to move hotels after 2 days.

Premises are decently okay. This is small Hotel that I don't understand how they received the Radisson Certification. Staff is definitely the best asset in this Hotel... but, Location is definitely the problem that is NOT disclose properly. Hotel is located in the Main Avenue of a RED ZONE; - full of Crime (we spent one night that couldn't sleep), across the street was a Club with people partying all night long; - Noise was unbearable; - Police and Ambulances were active due of the Street fights We stayed at the room 1002 (10th floor) and we still can hear the activity happening at the surrounding Simply dissatisfied and disappointed !!! Definitely not for the standards of any American Citizen

The location is very good, it allows you to move to the Historic Center, the El Ejilo and La Carolina Parks, and to other destinations in Quito and its surroundings to visit amazing locations. At night, the activity nuances the emotion of the day to rest comfortably. The hotel staff are very helpful people.

The employees actually stole my phone and a parabinoculars and other things while I was not in the room, I called Radisson and complain to them and they tried several times to fix the problem but they didn't, I was stuck in the elevator for 45 minutes, the elevator did not work, the people should go to jail

I wish I could give this hotel no stars because that’s what they deserve. I booked this hotel in February for my boyfriends birthday and it was the worst decision ever. This is actually a motel and in no way a hotel. Upon check~in our room was absolutely freezing and the sheets were incredibly disgusting. After speaking to the hotel manger we were moved to an even colder room that was still dirty. This hotel scammed me out of my money. I didn’t even stay here because of how disgusting the rooms were and booked another hotel within 10 minutes and they still charged me for the entire stay. Not only did I have to dispute this with my bank but if they don’t issue me back my money I will take legal action. This motel is terrible, please stay somewhere else.

The bathroom was not very clean, behind the door I found yellow stains and hair. Super loud! The hotel is in front of bars and night clubs. I think it would be good for someone that is to Quito to party! For some strange reason, the door was locked at 10pm. I was super scared to be left outside in the street since there was a not a door bell to ring. Breakfast was really good! But I wouldn't go back to this hotel. 😕

Too much outside noise from the street - a fan would be helpful for that and the fact there is no AC. Staff was exceptional!! Very considerate and helpful.

This hotel has it all. Very affordable with 5 star services and with amazing staff. This is the only place I stay at whenever I come to Quito. Every time I stay here, they always go over and beyond to help me out either with all my travel needs, either with coordinating my required Covid test or working with me with my reservations when my flights gets cancelled or re-scheduled.

Fantastic hotel
We had a fantastic stay! The staff went above and beyond. They were all friendly and helpful with recommendations & calling taxi’s for us. The rooms were comfortable & large. Only downfall is the hotel is located in the club district so at least on a Saturday night, we could hear music pumping until around 2 am. Even with the music I would stay again.

I was visiting from the states, I speak no Spanish. Carolina was such a blessing! The staff was amazing, the hotel was clean, and the hospitality was A+! At one point in the trip I got sick they went above and beyond to help with my needs! I wouldn't stay anywhere else

Very, very noisy and with no air conditioning had to keep windows open a lose, lose situation. Also strong smells of sewer gas in our first room but they moved us and cured the problem.

Good stay
The room is clean with a great view. The staff are very friendly. Only downside is, it is on a busy street with lots of bars so it is kind of noisy if you are a light sleeper.
