Lugar céntrico para recorrer Quito, con facilidad de acceso a restaurantes, metro y sitios de entretenimiento. Pero en la noches las calles son solitarias e inseguras. Además, el hotel tienen un salón para eventos, y el ruido y la música a alto volumen se puede extender hasta la 1 AM. No fue un buen sitio para descansar.
