En la noche hay mucho ruido en el piso 9, y no hablo de los vehiculos que pasan por el sector, sino ruidos propios de las instalaciones del hotel. Seria bueno que revisen la razon de los sonidos que aparentemente provienen de la terraza

This hotel is very convenient to the Casa de la Cultura is you have an event there, but is is on a very busy street and you can hear trucks, buses and motorcycles all night long. There are many properties between this place and the popular Plaza Foch that are cheaper and on more quiet streets and less "corporate". I would recommend researching those before choosing this place. Also, my bathroom (on the top floor) had a slight sewage stench my entire 8 night stay, even though it seem clean the entire time and I spoke with the very friendly staff several times about this. For some reason, check out took 40 min!!!! Not aceptable.

Very good hotel located across the Museum of National History. Taxis are easy to get and cheap. Rooms are spacious including a dining table and a big bathroom. I missed my first scheduled night due to a flight cancellation and rather than charge me they just added that night to the end of my stay. Be sure when you book to make sure theyā€™ve already included the 22% service fees.

Reception or welcoming so so provide credit card and hotel still uses old fashion way to take an imprint using a hand pressing machine (belong to the 90's) Restaurant service for breakfast TERRIBLE there is no attention at all, food display should have name of local products listed so that foreigners like me get to know what is what,specially when waiters are not costumer oriented. Bell are really good and welcoming, reception staff is not once again costumer oriented very low connection with guest. Overall stay is so so, recommend a back room since at front view cars and buses all day and night pass by
