Miscommunication

Confusion about me having prepaid for a 3 night stay. I communicated, in advance, asking about returning for a single night a week later and she HAD said “yes, of course “. Once we arrived she said “no it wasn’t possible “. We then had to leave a day early (although already paid for 3 nights) to stay elsewhere so we could leave a bag and return for our final night in Quito. The apt was adequate.
