I had to be let in AND out every time I wanted to get out to explore. Always worried small staff wouldn't be around when I needed them. Staff member asked me for extra money twice. Toilet paper wasn't replaced when used up. Actual address doesn't exist as hostel - had to be taken around the block to real property, called Hostal Escosie (or something like that). Had to pay extra charge besides Expedia's charge. Good location but otherwise poor place to stay.

こちらのホテルは予約しない方が良いです。ダブルまたはツインルームを予約し、支払い済みで伺ったところ、支払われた料金はドミトリーの部屋なので追加で1人あたり1泊10ドル払うように言われました。Expediaに支払いしたことを確認してくださいと伝えると、私たちはまだお金をExpediaからもらっていないのであなたを泊めない権利があると言われ、支払いをするしかありませんでした。 スタッフは誰も英語を話すこともできず、支払いをしても常にフロントにおつりもなくやりとりが大変です。 1人のスタッフの対応が悪く、一向にラチが開かなかったのでとりあえずお金を支払い泊まりましたが、返金手続き等Expediaとやりとり中です。
