"Really awful management, had to cancel our stay due to a medical emergency. Had asked management for a letter of cancellation or no show for my insurance policy and they’ve ignored all requests and have refused to provide evidence which means we can’t even go through the travel insurance to get some of the money back. Really disgraceful service and would advise to stay away from booking with such an awful company due to the lack of general help."

"The staff was so kind and the property looks on the beautiful cliffs of Madeira. We loved being able to use the Galosol pool, this was definitely a highlight. There are many restaurants within walking distance and parking is very inexpensive and easy in front. "A very good hotel with an excellent breakfast and great amenities. The room we stayed in—located on the floor 0 felt a bit dated; upon entering, there was a noticeable stale odor. In the evenings, there is wonderful live music in the bar and a very pleasant atmosphere. It is an adults-only hotel, though I would say its 55+. I recommend it for a peaceful, relaxing getaway!"
