1. I was not informed that there is a transitioning happening between Crimson and Quest Plus. Also,

Location is good. Room is very spacious. Cleanliness needs a lot of improvement -- we had the floor cleaned when we arrived because if felt sticky. After being mopped, floor became sticky again when it dried up. Chairs have stains. The desk has sticky stains too. Refrigerator is not clean. The bathroom has only one drain, which is in the shower. The shower is not fully enclosed and there's also no shower curtain -- so the bathroom / toilet area stays wet unless it is mopped or water is pushed to the shower area. We stayed for 3 nights. We noticed that dirty plates from room service are not collected promptly (like dishes have been in the hallway for more than 24 hours). Housekeeping staff are nice, but some staff in the reception are unfriendly. There were loud young guests during our stay who loitered in the hallways and fire exit. Staff dealt with them only after complaining a few times.

Close to all poblacion’s night life bars and restaurant

Clean room, very helpful staff and having laundry inside your room is very convenient.

The staff: they were friendly, polite, respectful, and helpful. The hotel itself is very beautiful; I would describe it as classy and elegant. Will definitely recommend it to anyone who plans to stay in Makati.
