"Don’t get me started on the hospitality of the front desk crew they were mining their own business and talking did not acknowledge me for at least one minute until I had to call them and say I need help here. The first impression is very important at the front desk, which I was not impressed. The carpet in the room was torn. The floor was uneven, but the bed was clean soft very good. I was impressed with the bed. Only the bathroom needed upgrade getting in the top and getting out was dangerous."

"Front desk staff made the stay, very helpful. Position of the hotel was good for exploring all points of interest. Room was comfortable, bathroom needs an update but for the price i was very happy I stayed here. Id definately stay here again. If you want somewhere quiet to spend sometime in the afternoon check out Paco park. Easy walk from the hotel. "

"We stayed here for 5 nights and cannot fault this hotel. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was fresh every morning with a good variety of dishes including a chef ready to cook your eggs, your way. Located in Chinatown, when walking outside there was obvious poverty but at no time did we feel unsafe. A short walk away was the Lucky Chinatown Mall, where we had many options for restaurants. Street food is also available."

"It was the pool which was disappointing. It was also a health club so sometimes you use the pool until noon as it was full of very loud children The staff by the pool were not that attentive. The champagne bar restaurant was excellent. Breakfast very mediocre."

"We had a pleasant stay at this property. The hotel rooms are your basic ones and the hotel felt a bit dated, but we don’t mind that. The staff were pleasant and there was a cafe in the lobby but we didn’t get to try it. The location was great for exploring Intramuros and Binondo, so it did the job for what we needed. Would stay here again. "
