"The receptionist was very helpful when we walked in and helped me make a reservation on my APP so we can check in at almost 10 PM. One staff took care of our 6 luggages even if I have 2 sons with me. The staff opens the door for you and even carried my shopping bags by the elevator. The parking staff were also very accommodating. The price is surprisingly excellent. The rooms are clean and the housekeeper was making sure our garbage or towels were fresh and clean. Thanks and I will definitely stay here again. Red Planet was an excellent place in my favorite area to eat so it made my stay so special. We loved it!"
