"On arrival, there was a couple of nice welcome gifts that were much appreciated. The view of the lake was amazing, we spent most of our time relaxing and taking in the view. The cottage was well stocked and well equipped so we had no problems prepping our meals. Altogether, an excellent stay."

"We had a fabulous time here! Checking in, this was the cleanest vacation rental I've ever seen. The place is just like the pictures (if not better). Within an hour, my kids were asking if we can come every year. We used the watercraft (mostly canoe and kayaks), lawn games, and the board games. Plenty to do, nobody was bored, and also plenty of different spaces to hang out in case someone wanted to be alone. The river is perfect for swimming. No weeds, clear water and you can even swim upriver with floaties and then drift down it. Johnny was communicative, available, and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"The property is amazing, with all the outdoor qualities one could wish for: riverfront, swimming, kayaking, canoeing, comfortable seating for lazing about, firepit, etc. The residence is clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable. The host was available promptly when questions arose. I would definitely stay again. I should have booked another night....."

"Great spot, sturdy dock and chairs, clean beds and bedding, well stocked kitchen, parking and roadway were smooth. A little roomier than expected, pictures don't do it justice for size. Very good communication! We would all return again!"

"This cabin is a hidden gem near the gull Lake. The kitchen is stocked fully with everything you need for your stay. Plenty of plates pots pans and glass etc.We did use the kayak and pedal boat and took them for a swing. When we arrived there was a storm and electricity was cut off but it back online soon. Be prepared for such events. I would recommend to the PM to put lot of kitchen utensils and do a full list of items you have available. The washroom doesn't have a lock from inside that's a inconvenience when you travel with friends. Please have a lock installed.I really like this secluded space and would recommend to people who is looking for a private and Secluded space near the water."
