"I enjoyed a quick midweek stay at Stone Gate Inn when I decided to ski an extra day. I was greeted courteosly and my room was clean and spacious (King bed with fireplace) I found the grocery store next door handy to pick up some snacks. It was great having a mini kitchenette with dishes and a microwave to heat up some food I brought. The fireplace was a cozy touch on a cold night. The complementary breakfast was basic but had a nice variety to choose from. The pool is small. Stone Gate Inn is quaint and I'd stay again. I rated it 5 stars based on price. "

"I booked myself a solo getaway and absolutely loved my stay. I stumbled across this place by chance and booked on a whim! I'm glad I did.The room was absolutely beautiful, and the view from the terrace was unbelievable. One of my favorite parts was having my morning coffee out there admiring the view and watching the sunset. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious! I also really enjoyed my spa treatment, and the entire spa area was fantastic. So many options to choose from, including various services, the saunas, steam room, and pool. I’ll definitely be returning and plan to make this a yearly getaway for myself. See you next year! "

"Loved our stay! Amazing big yard with beautiful scenery. The private dock and boat access were such peaceful. The house was very clean, cozy, and full of charm, with thoughtful touches everywhere.Well-equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, extra towels and linens, and plenty of amenities like a sauna, BBQ, pool, tea room, garden, firepit, and even a veggie patch. The host was super friendly and easy to talk to. The place is also close to the town and beach, which made exploring really convenient. Recommend!"

"This was the perfect cottage getaway for our Mini Moon!! The cottage was super clean, cozy and had lots to do! We enjoyed the hottub, took the kayaks out on the river and cozied up by the fire and played games. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals up there which was great. We brought our dog and she loved it too - lots of wooded trails nearby to take her for walks and she loved chasing all the chipmunks and frogs running around. The hosts also left us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our recent marriage which was so kind of them! This cottage also has the bonus of all the super cute decor and was very aesthetically pleasing if you’re into taking cute cottage pics! The cheetah print chair was my personal fave :) we may just have to make Hills Haven our anniversary getaway spot from now on! 2 notes for future guests - bring something with you to roast s’mores on the fire if that’s you’re plan, and the hot tub took a bit of time to get as hot as we wanted so maybe start it up a few minutes before you plan on going in. "
