"The front desk staff was very helpful when I was checking in and out. Mall is located across the hotel. The parking is underground. It was very hard to get in and very tight spaces. The coffee machine in the room wasn’t working."

"Excellent staff, kept very clean, helpful with any issues you may have. Breakfast was not very good as most of the food items had been used up and no replacements unless you asked for them. The Frontenac is very expensive so be prepared if you book!!"
