Room was in good condition, clean but amenities was absent, no lobby , bathroom / shower stall were the smallest I have ever been in. Québec in winter is very snowy , the mats to place our boots upon had newspaper on it. This pretty much summarizes this hotel. I definitely will not be staying at this hotel anytime soon

This was a great location in Old Quebec City. Close walking distance to many sites, restaurants, and shops. The hotel staff and management were great. Not a modern hotel but the room was clean and comfortable. Very nice for our two day stay.

Room was okay for a short stay

The room was okay and clean Bed was comfortable Bathroom very small, cant even move around in there. Stairs to rooms if you are not on the first floor Location was ok, within walking distance of eveything in old town and near Plains of Abraham and the gate and Parliament os close by.

Great Location

Excellent location. You can see the Citadel up on the hill and mere steps from the boardwalk. But there is no parking at the hotel. It took us a bit to find sufficient parking.

Girls weekend in Quebec

Excellent location just west of Chateau Frontenac on a lovely park. View of river and boardwalk from the front door. Plains of Abraham just behind hotel. Away from the bustling crowds but within a 2 minute walk to all the action. Comfortable beds. Clean bathroom.

The late check-in was easy after we got the entrance code. Our room was on the 2nd floor facing the front and side of the hotel. The location was best. The bathroom was tiny but adequate. The only disappointment was the lack of sport channels on the TV…only YouTube after the games.
