The property was great! Beautiful from inside.
The major drawback was customer service. Philip was NOT friendly at all. He was very rude to begin with. As we sat down for our bread and breakfast, i asked him if he had one of the options, his response with sarcasm and rudeness was “yes, I am coming to that!”.
We have paid for the services and hotel, being treated with so much disrespect and rudeness was not acceptable at all.
Due to his behaviour, my old parents were hesitant to even ask for a glass of water etc.
We arrived at the hotel with less expectations as Philip had already been so rude over the phone previously when I was asking questions about the hotel etc.
Anyhow, I would not recommend this hotel for customer service etc… the parking was off site too with 10-15 minute walk, which is fine but the customer service was disappointing!
