The water park was closed during our stay. Unfortunately the shops were also closed and it was very quiet but a beautiful place to stay.

We had a wonderful time during a family trip. We travelled two adults a 3.5 year old and a 9 year old. We booked the king suite with 1 queen murphy bed , it was a great room. Spacious enough, the kids thought the murphy bed was cool. The view of the mountain was beautiful, super clean. Hotel staff was really nice and spoke English pretty well, we did not have any issues with that. The tubing hills were amazing, so many hills and bigger than I have ever seen before. The kids had a blast but it was very cold so if going during the winter make sure the kids and even adults have really warm gear and googles as you go down the hills very fast. Bora Parc was fantastic, the kids loved it. Super cool inside , a lot of slides even my 3.5 year who is 41inch could get on most of the big slides. the only thing about the water park I found was it was a little chilly inside not as warm as you would think it would be in a inside waterpark. My biggest complaint which was not even that bad in the grand scheme of things is that the food was not very good at any of the restaurants. So be prepared for that, do not expect a great meal. More like basic chalet food, which is fine but just be aware. Also the stores close at or before 6pm and the restaurants other than one were all closed for food by 9. Overall I would definitely recommend, we had the best time and we have already booked to go back in the summer to try the outdoor waterpark!

No coffee or eateries around in such a huge place. Closest Timhortons is 15 kms away. Not a place for your leisure stay. Rooms are clean but be cautious while you check in ensure what is provided in toilet should remain same else you would be charged after verification. Pro Ample parking EV charging Lots of space to walk Clean rooms Spacious and looks very rich Cons No ventilation suction in washrooms Room service not available round the clock Cannot reach this hotel over phone since call center closed after 6pm or address mentioned by google maps doesn’t take you to destination No coffee shop or eatery round the clock considering the location Only one breakfast place which is very expensive bagel and cream cheese cost 7$ In short not a place for leisure stay

. The water park had extremely limited hours, which made it difficult to enjoy. Dining was even more challenging – there were only two onsite options, both with very restricted hours. We didn’t have the chance to dine in, and when we tried take-out, the staff were extremely rude and unwelcoming. Additionally, there were no basic facilities to prepare or warm up our own food. Only one microwave was available for all guests on the floor, with no sink or cutlery provided. Since outside food options were more than 40 minutes away – and many closed before we could even get there – it left us with very few choices. For a family trip, these limitations created unnecessary stress and disappointment, and we hope you will consider addressing them for future guests.
