"I booked a bedroom with common bathroom for two people by Expedia, and it was really amazing. When we arrived the owner give us the possibility to change the bedroom to another with private bathroom without paying extra. The staff was really kind and come every day to clean the room. There's a kitchen in common where we can drink a tea or coffee for free. There is also a roof terrace where you can enjoy in relax with a sea view, drink, eat and smoke a cigarette. "Our stay at Palacio de Tavira was just amazing. This property is in our opinion the most beautiful building of the town. It is facing a charming public place with restaurants and a church. We recommend to book a room from the historical part of the building. The breakfast is delicious as a combination of buffet and a la carte. The staff is so helpful: we loved the touch of having every the hôtel beach bag with towels !"

"The hotel is situated in the centre of Tavira on the river front and just opposite the ferry to Tavira Island. Lots of good restaurants close by. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, however my bathroom and shower was a little small, but this was only a small issue. The breakfast was good and provided a good start to the day."
