"We arrived right at 3 - the guy will not let you in one second before. There were 4 of us waiting when he finally decided to answer the door after we had rung it 6 times at 3:10!! I had booked the superior room on the top floor. Imagine my surprise when he said I was on the bottom floor - I have a photo of the room I booked sent to me in my confirmation. This is these second time this has happened and says I booked it!! I never would because I hate being in those dark noisy rooms. I am beyond annoyed. Then he confesses he had a long stay in that room. At the very least i want to compensated the difference between the room i had and the one I booked. If the room I was in is a superior room I’ll eat my hat."
