"My room was left open by Staff two nights in a row when I returned from work. The door to my would not close properly despite telling Staff. I removed all my property from the room to curtail theft. Just basic security was very questionable. "

"Beautiful property right on the river, just steps from ADA accessible river walkway. River view rooms you can choose and the 9th floor bar has great views and living room style sitting area's."

"The room definitely needs some upgrades. The bathroom walls need replaced. The beds were comfortable and main part of the room decent, but the bathroom needs work. "

"Room was relatively clean. Cobwebs in corner of room. In the bathroom rust spots by legs of sink. Plug ins are very old and loose for chargers. Heater/ac was dirty and smelled. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Staff was nice enough. Had to ask for people help from people from back office and most of the time the just sat in back and answered questions instead of coming up to me. Breakfast was not very good so didn’t eat it again. The hotel is a little dated and looks like it could use a good remodel. "
