"The view and restaurant is indeed lovely and breakfast was good. Unfortunately the resort is not suitable for anyone who isn't completely mobile or elderly.  The numerous stairs, especially without any hand railings made it a struggle and unsafe.  This includes the lower pool, where there is no railing to get out of the pool. I had also expected that the resort/my room would be in the beach.  This isn't the case.  While I had an ocean view, it was obstructed, and getting to the beach required a walk back to the pool, then down the stairs.  Rather disappointing as the photos show something else. And be aware that the stairs going to the bathroom at night are somewhat inconvenient. It's a 3 star hotel, so that's what you're paying for, even despite getting the deluxe ocean view cabin."

"The staff at this hotel are amazing (shout out to Ita!) they really go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. And the bed and pillows are super comfy!! It’s also only a couple minutes from the beach which is very convenient "

"Tamarind Beach Bungalows was a wonderful stay. Close to other restaurants with a nice kitchen on site. The bungalow was spacious and cool after a day in the sunshine. The pool was spacious and relaxing. On the beach where we could watch the waves while relaxing. Staff were kind and engaging. We would stay here again. "

"Beautiful rooms, lovely pool, great staff and incredible food (breakfast was wonderful) we had a lovely 2 day stay and would definitely recommend for a short trip. The only downside was that there was no easy access to the sea but with the views it still idyllic."
