"Disappointing stay. Seems there are no staff anywhere. Poor service at restaurants, went to the spa to book and was empty, went to gift shop says it's open but no staff, same with bars. Food was average quality for a high price. Most expensive stay and food we've had in Bali with the lowest quality. Much nicer hotels in the area with staff that are ready to assist"

"The property is handy to the cafe's on the esplanade and to the harbour. Nice pool area etc. Friendly staff. The gym was pricy at around 150,000 per visit.So didn't use it. Very nice breakfast at a reasonable price"

Our host Vika greeted us daily at breakfast and inquired if there was anything to make our stay better. The shuttle to Ubud allowed us to see the Monkey forest, Ubud Palace, and the Ubud market. The room was spacious and spotless. An absolute 5 star experience. I would not change a things. Tremendous value for the price."
