"Location, location, location. This is a gem. It is in a perfect spot for sunrise and sunset beach walks, with Tale of the Whale as a focal point. Pacifico Beach Club is just down the beach. Use a golf cart to get around within Punta Mita and the adjacent town. The house is beautifully maintained. Each bedroom has a private bath. Master on the second floor has a great balcony and one of the bedrooms on the first floor has a very private outdoor shower. The kids loved the pool - it was the hub. We ate breakfasts and some dinners (tasty) together at the house. Miriam and Margarita were fabulous at preparing breakfast for a group of 10 that included young children and adults whose dietary restrictions included one vegan/gluten free and some vegetarians. When we ate dinners out it was mostly at the Four Seasons- very memorable. "

"What an incredible stay! The property is new and gorgeous and so wonderfully planned -- from suite-style rooms to the large living room to the multiple outdoor spaces. The location was marvelous for easy golf-cart access to nearby resorts, beaches, golf courses, and even riding into the nearby town for shopping or local restaurants. The staff were incredible too -- Estrella was our chef/housekeeper and we all marveled at having her a part of our household. She anticipated our needs, prepared delicious meals, and served graciously. The concierge and property management team were likewise excellent -- thank you Sandra and Andres! If we get the chance to come to Punta Mita again, we'll definitely be looking to see if this property is available!"

"We had an amazing one week stay at Palma Azul! Daniella was so responsive to all my questions about the area and responded in minutes. The condo was perfect, clean, spacious and felt like a quiet getaway from the beach clubs. The pool was perfect and relaxing. We drove the golf cart to beach clubs and also into town and felt safe. The town is authentic and welcoming, highly recommend. The chefs hat Daniella suggested also coooked for us in the condo 2 nights and were delicious and beyond what we expected. 5 stars and the cleaners were amazing too. One cleaner was even bleaching all my boys socks for me and putting in the sun to dry. Everyone went above and beyond. My 11 year old used the bunk room. It’s tiny and perfect for kids with it’s own small bathroom. The other 2 rooms are very spacious and great bathrooms/storgae. Laundry on site and a stocked kitchen made everything very easy. We will be back "
