"The property had an awful smell and didn't have aircon. It was hotter inside the apartment then outside and completely unbearable. It took three days to be moved to a different hotel with the same company at am extra cost of €20 per night.
If you value comfort and cleanliness, book elsewhere.
There is no reception and if you arrive after midnight, you have to pick up your key from a hotel 30 minutes away.
Staff where very unhelpful, especially at responding to the WhatsApp number they give you....

"Right on the sea front, we had a lovely apartment and large balcony, very quiet area, with the tourist train stop right by the hotel which will take you in to Stiges. Nice pool area, with small covered playground for children. A handy supermarket below the hotel where prices and choice were good. Would stay here again."
"I have stayed at the apartments a few times before and they provide exactly what I need when staying in Sitges. They are roomy and comfortable, with good access to the beach and a very pleasant wander down the seafront to the town centre. The pool is great and the staff very helpful. The facility to use a bike whilst there is also great. This is the first time I have been where they have had the new on-site reception and this is a real improvement also. Another great stay and I’ll definitely be staying there again in the future!"
