"My stay was better than expected. In other reviews, there were complaints about the room being small but it wasn’t at all. The hotel is nicely updated and very clean. The staff was very accommodating in helping to set up a taxi to the airport. The bar next door was a bit rambunctious late in the night. If you’re light sleeper, good ear plugs would definitely help cancel out the patrons at the bar, which is not the fault of the hotel. Other than that, the location was great."

"our stay was quite good. the room was very clean and well presented. the resort, restaurant and bar were excellent. Most of staff were very helpful and friendly, but the daytime concierge was very abrupt and borderline rude to us upon our arrival and later when we discussed our departure to an international flight in the very early hours of the next morning with her."

"Dennis and Linda were outstanding superhosts, providing a truly five-star experience from the moment we arrived. We were met at the airport in the early hours of the morning and personally escorted to the villa, which set the tone for an exceptionally smooth and welcoming stay.On arrival, we were delighted to find the fridge thoughtfully stocked with drinks, fresh bread, eggs, milk, fruit, and a selection of other essentials and treats—an incredibly considerate touch, especially when travelling with young children and arriving after shops had closed.The villa itself is beautifully presented, immaculately maintained, and exceptionally comfortable, with breathtaking views that are nothing short of spectacular. Every detail has clearly been considered to create a relaxed yet refined atmosphere.A car is essential to fully enjoy the surrounding area and access the many attractions nearby. We would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a premium stay, and we very much look forward to returning in the future."

"An excellent hotel downtown Papeete right across the road from the ferry terminal and close to everything you need. The hotel is very clean, the room was spacious, including a kitchenette and a table, balcony overlooking the port. The staff were polite and helpful. The restaurant on the top floor was also excellent, one of the best we went to in French Polynesia. The only shortcoming was that the stand-alone tub has no shower curtain, so if you are taking a shower it's difficult not to flood the bathroom."
