"room was fine. we did not see any staff as rooms were fitted with key pads for entrance. we did have some disturbance on sunday night when late comers started to fight and cause a ruckus. very frightening for myself and family."

"A great stay which was private and tranquil. It was exactly what was needed to reconnect and recharge. It was a bit surprising to have reception only in one tiny spot which was difficult and would have been helpful to know. Arriving and not being able to check in on a vulnerable family member from time to time did impact on the stay. If you want to completely disconnect from the world, it’s perfect. If you need reception and to be contactable, this stay isn’t ideal. "

"Staff very pleasant and helpful, everything clean and basic, l saw two bathrooms on the top floor (where l was) although only a single toilet.. fortunately not busy though. Quiet and space to walk and access facilities, beautiful old building with high ceilings and huge balcony. I will revisit! Historical experience indeed! "
