"Sadly this hotel is disappointing in so many ways. The staff were very pleasant and helpful but through no fault of theirs, the hotel is very poorly kept, is incredibly outdated and requires more investment in time, money and management. The bathrooms were very poorly kept especially, gardens not maintained and massive bins welcome you at the entrance. Pillows are poor quality, lots of basic maintenance and lacking in characters, atmosphere and care. Please do not be attracted by the views - which are great - but the quality of the hotel is low and I would avoid, despite the views as you will be disappointed."

"Very nice hotel. Our only complaints were the people slamming their doors throughout the night. It was loud! Also, hotel is advertised as having air conditioning. There is a thermostat on on the wall however it did not cool the room when we placed it on this setting. We came back about one hour later and it was the same. My husband called the front desk and was informed there is no A/C. If we wanted cooler temperatures we were instructed to open our window. It was a bit too warm for us and very humid in the morning."

"Sure it's clean and the staff are off chose lovely but - they don't provide a kettle in the room which i find really annoying, who doesn't like a tea before bed? I came for the sauna and steam room but the steam room was broken. Why not just fix it? Pay someone to come and fix it as soon as it breaks. Simple. Last time I came the shower outside the sauna was broken. Even easier to fix. Really poor"
