About this property

Large 3 Bedroom Home very close to town center & beach.

  • This is a beautiful, roomy, 3 bedroom home very close to the Beach and Bucerias' zocalo. The beach is a short, flat, 200 meter walk. One block and across the pedestrian bridge and you are in cultural Bucerias.

    It is walking distance to just about everything in Bucerias. On Sundays you can walk to the local market in the dry river bed just a couple of blocks to the east.

    The home was built in 2000 and has been very well maintained.

    The front yard is private, small and gated. In the large back yard there is a small apartment building with four 1 bedroom apartments and a 2 bedroom apartment. These guests share the back yard and the pool with the house guests. These apartments are also listed on VRBO if you need space for more than 10 people.

    The apartments are three floors high and the roof top patio is available to all house guests as well as has ocean view, shade, sun, and a bbq grill.
