I just want to say Giovanni the person that was in charge of the property was above and beyond on our needs, very accommodating. This was a very fantastic basic plain place to stay for relaxing. Everything was within walking distance, the beach one block away, very safe to walk on the streets. Definitely I will recommend it.

Hidden gem, amazing stay, best night sleep

We had such a good stay and would definitely re book if we come back. The rooms were super clean, high ceilings new high tech gear in them and a lovely balcony. Our room even came with a coffee machine and coffee as well as access to the kitchen. The best bit, the bed was the most comfortable bed we stayed in on our months travelling Mexico. Such a good location for the beach and restaurants as well.

Cute little place

Room was clean and well put together. Giovanny was excellent and super helpful. The hotel is close to all the restaurants and activities so it can be a bit loud at night from the street. Overall I would recommend this place as a great affordable option

Shared kitchen worked out very well. Brand new place. I think less than 3 months. Still things being worked on but everything necessary was readily available. Would stay there again for sure. Easy walk to beach and restaurants and main square. Coatis and tiny Mexican pigs viewable off the balcony.fun stay.

Senior travelers should be advised that the rooms are up many stairs (over 2 floors) and the receptionist is not available much if the time to help with the luggage. After 5 pm it is difficult to contact reception. AC is temperamental and blows either hot or cold.

Wir sind als Paar angereist und hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber (Patricia und Cris) haben sich sehr gekümmert, waren immer ansprechbar und haben uns viele Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Auch hatten sie Zeit uns vom Flughafen Cancun abzuholen und am Abflugtag dorthin zu bringen, toll!.
