"Room was updated and comfortable, air conditioning was working properly. Thr baloney was spacious and had a couch -so nice! The food was the best I have a had at an all inclusive. Not sure it was because we went in July but, we didn't need reservations at the restaurants which we loved. The activities during the day were fun. However, the nightlife was almost non existent. The beach was not able to be used due the sargassum but, we knew this going that it would be very unlikely we would be able to hang out at the beach."

Be careful about dress code, bring some formal clothes, my husband didn’t bring any so we didn’t get to go to the French restaurant. I wish we knew this before we get to the resort. (Maybe the resort should have send us an email of reminders. ) Anyways , it was a very good experience stay at the resort."

"I recently stayed at Dreams Natura with just my 4-year-old son, and it was an amazing experience! Traveling alone with a young child can be challenging, but the staff made us feel welcome and supported from the moment we arrived. The Explorer's Club was outstanding. The ladies who cared for my son were so kind and engaging that he asked to go every day! Knowing he was happy and safe gave me the opportunity to enjoy the spa, where I highly recommend both the hydrotherapy circuit and the massages. The Preferred Club amenities were also worth it. The private, air-conditioned lounge with snacks and drinks was the perfect place to cool off between swimming and dinner without needing a full meal. Each pool had a different atmosphere, and we spent most of our time at the family pool and the shallow kids' pool. While lounge chairs filled up quickly, the pool staff were always happy to help us find or bring additional chairs. The nightly entertainment was so much fun, especially the kids' disco, which was my son's favorite part of the trip. He still talks about it! This vacation was the perfect balance of quality time with my son, fun for him, and relaxation for me. I truly appreciated how family-friendly the resort was while still providing opportunities for parents to unwind. We made unforgettable memories and are already looking forward to coming back. I highly recommend Dreams Natura to any family, especially solo parents traveling with young children."

"Very large resort with many dining options, a la carte is excellent. Seaweed smell during summer month is not pleasant and spreads all over the resort. El Cid vacation club staff are very aggressive and pushy, try to avoid them. Do not give them your personal info or sign anything. Resort can use more entertainment for teens at night. Would not come back."
