"First the positive: the property was largely as advertised, although the hot tub was green and "closed for the season". The neighborhood seemed sketchy to us, and the host made sure we knew it was very important to keep the gate locked at all times. Now the terrible: No communication about check in - I messaged twice through the VRBO app and no reply.
