"Overall, the hotel is okay, but there are a few issues that really affected the experience. The water temperature is very unstable—both in the shower and at the sink, it keeps switching between hot and cold, which is quite uncomfortable. Especially at the sink, the water flow is too weak, making it difficult to even wash your face properly. I hope the hotel can fix the water pressure and temperature control to improve the guest experience."

"Everything was fine. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the lack of sea swimming. The waves were too big and the beach was unfriendly. I wish there was a beach, of course, because people go to Mexico to swim in the sea."

"Good wifi every where on the property. Nice beach club with calm beach. Restaurant, pools and spa all excellent. Great restaurant across the street and good pub just up the street. Not located in town, but a 5 minute drive away. Lots of fishing available as it is at the marina. I would stay here again."

"We visited Casa Elena for an extended stay with multiple groups of family and friends. The home is a large, older traditional Mexican home that is well maintained in the beautiful Fundadores neighborhood in Puerto Los Cabos. The hot tub and pool operated perfectly, something which does not always occur in Mexican rentals. As mentioned in the description, it is a lounging pool, and even our grandchildren had a great time in it. The housekeeper, Leydi, is very thorough and proactive, she handled all our needs. Her English is the same as my Spanish, almost non-existent, but the I Phone translation app took care of that. The home is located on the East side of San Jose, so the ongoing roundabout construction did not hamper our fun. We could get in to downtown San Jose without having to fight the traffic. Restaurants near the home include Ballena, Acre, Vera Neo, Drunken Sailor, Flora Farms, and La Lupita. We plan to return!"

"The place was immaculate and well accommodated. The setting was beautiful. Our host John was very attentive to our requests and very helpful in recommending things to do locally. We thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing 4- nights there and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended. "
