"Staff was very friendly. Room was extremely clean as was the entire hotel. Bed was a little too firm for our liking but others might love that. Parking was a little hard to locate because it’s behind the hotel and you have to get on the other street Our only complaint was that we could smell sewer periodically over the 20 hours we stayed and maybe that’s just typical of San Jose Del Cabo. Outside of that, the hotel was A plus. "

"We loved the Casa Natalia!!!!! The absolute ONLY thing needed was a coffee pot in the room!! The owner was so gracious as was all of the staff! Beautiful surroundings and areas to sit and relax! Private balcony! Restaurant and Bar service was excellent! Friendly and accommodating! "
