"Five stars without hesitation. This beachfront hotel was the perfect place to experience everything that makes Zipolite special. The location is incredible. You step out and you are right on the beach with sweeping ocean views and some of the most beautiful sunsets imaginable. Even just walking through the small streets nearby feels magical, with colorful murals, flowers everywhere, and the relaxed energy that Zipolite is known for. The atmosphere at the hotel is peaceful, welcoming, and perfectly in tune with the town. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up to the ocean breeze each morning was unforgettable. It felt like a true escape. The staff were fantastic. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and were always happy to help with anything we needed. Another highlight is how easy everything is to reach on foot. Great restaurants, beach bars, and shops are all just a short walk away, making it effortless to explore and enjoy the town day and night. If you are looking for a laid back beachfront stay with incredible views, authentic local charm, and the unique spirit that makes Zipolite so special, this place is a gem. We would absolutely stay here again."

"Casa Flores Del Mar is a magical place. We are a family of 4, with two teens, and we loved our stay. It may not be for everyone, as it is slightly off the beaten path, has no AC, and the top floor has two open sides (no walls or windows) facing the sea. We absolutely LOVED this feature but I can imagine others that might not. The house is lovingly decorated and the caretakers, Lupe and Lupita, are kind and gentle people. The gardens, paths, and perches are lovely. We saw whales from the porch multiple times. I would love to return to Casa Flores Del Mar. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise."

"This is a great place in a safe gated community. We loved the pool and the view from the pool, the view from the decks is amazing! Nice little kitchen. The walk down to the private beach is amazing…but wear runners to climb back up!!! It is a really steep climb.It was great that the host responded quickly to any questions. They also provided great recommendations for the area as well as a recommended taxi driver which is a huge value!!Small tweaks to the house would make it a next level stay. Beds are not very comfortable and bedding could be updated.Hot water had no heat and no pressure. While I enjoyed the refreshing shower, my partner did not . The games are only a deck of cards. "

"Wonderful stay! The hotel had a great pool and was very close to restaurants (about 15 minutes away). We were able to enjoy both the sunrise and sunset, and the highlight was seeing humpback whales right from our balcony. Truly an unforgettable experience — highly recommend!"
