"Was a great stay. The staff are all lovely and the hotel is very central, and very well maintained. My only two issues are very small ones. The gym/fitness facility has less than the bare minimum I would find useful in a gym. It’s unfortunate, but not uncommon for hotels. Iron monkey gym is a 7 minute walk from the hotel, and you can get a week pass for 12 bucks. The other is the tv. They have a great flat screen tv in the room. But it was way way too complicated for me to figure out how to use it. There are two remote controls and everything was in Spanish. I tried a few times and just gave up. I’m sure if I had asked they would have sent someone over to show me. But I didn’t bother. Otherwise, it was a great stay and I would absolutely stay here again"

"Pleasant check in,the staff were professional and polite. Our room was always clean,thanks to the cleaning crew, specially Naty and Luz which were always doing their job. The food in the buffet was real good,you had your continental breakfast plus everyday they kept changing the menu to please all the different tastes. I want to cheer the staff at the breakfast restaurant, specially Jorge which took his time everyday in making sure we had a pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is one of the best,especially being next to a beautiful park,and so close to the Historic Center of Queretaro. Overall this is one of the best hotels for convenience and for a great experience."
