"It is downtown and it is very nice location, the only problem I had, was with the internet we were on lower plant and internet was hard to connect, I do recommend staying on the first or second floor. "
"Hotel staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and seemed hygenic. The hotel is within an easy walk to many of the sites of old town Queretaro. Dining options were abundant. Off street, covered parking with quite a few stalls was available and easy to maneuver in."

"Booked a deluxe room, no complaints, had a garden access w gated door, used the strap and lock from our Loctote travel bag to secure the door at night. Allowed us to put the fan in front of it and then we had excellent airflow. The young girl at the desk was friendly. Slight issue at the desk during check in. Has happened to me a few times in Mexico. Seems they cant tell that I have already paid in full, glad I bring detailed receipts."
